Mr. Leon Daughrity – Camp Director/ Founder

Mr. Leon Daughrity is a band teacher at S. L. Lewis and A. P. Randolph Elementary Schools.  He serves as the band department chairman for area teachers in grades 4 – 12.  He is an active member of the Georgia Music Educators Association.  He has worked as a band teacher, music educator, and mentor to many students in the classroom and as a private educator.  He has been a music teacher and educator for 29 years teaching on the elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Mr. Daughrity earned his Bachelors Degree from Lane College, in Jackson, Tennessee, and his Masters of Arts Degree in music education from the University of Mississippi.
